SF’s drag sweetheart, Tye, was born and raised in MN. Currently residing in SF by way of LA. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2005, Tye booked the lead role in Watercolors, in which he starred opposite Karen Black and Greg Louganis. He took home Best Actor three times for the role. Tye furthered his acting career in films such as Brother’s War and Tru Loved and dabbled in TV with Showtime’s United States of Tara and Japan’s popular TV show World’s Most Astonishing News. He can also be seen in music videos alongside Katy Perry, Bring Me the Horizon, The Veronicas, Fall Out Boy, and Blue October.

Tye’s interests include drag, cycling, running, yoga, cooking, outdoors and traveling with friends. He has spent many years volunteering much of his time raising awareness for HIV/AIDS through fundraisers, documentaries and clinical studies.
